Optimal Hardware Suggestion

If you want to run Counter-Strike at a high fps you should do the following upgrades. Counter-Strike is a very CPU dependent game, so it is recommended that you have a newer Intel i5 / AMD equivalent. You should try to get at least 8GB of ram, 16 + GB of ram is preferred. You also want to have a decent GPU like an Nvidia 1060 or later, so that you don't end up bottlenecking your computer.

Purchasing a 144 Hz or 240 Hz monitor will also be a very great idea since it allows your monitor to show more frames each second. A standard 60 Hz monitor is capable of showing 60 frames per second, while a 144 Hz is capable of showing 144 frames per second. Having those extra frames can really make a big difference. Just don't forget to turn on 144 Hz as I did for the first year.
